To Inspire To motivate the audience and encourage them to think positively or take action. 5. To Entertain To keep the audience interested and happy through fun, stories, or humor. How to Make an Effective Presentation: 1. Show your passion to keep the audience interested. 2. Understand audience needs and speak accordingly. 3. Keep it simple with clear ideas and words. 4. Smile and make eye contact to build confidence and connection. 5. Start strongly with an interesting opening. 6. Follow the 10–20–30 rule: 10 slides, 20 minutes, 30 points per slide.
